We shortlist candidates against your approved job description. If the talent pool does not contain a suitable match, recruitment searches for additional candidates.

Our screening process includes interviews, skills and character assessments, references, background checks, equipment checks and the VA Training Roadmap.

Yes. Tasks taking 30 minutes or less are free. Longer tasks require compensation for the candidate’s time.

Most candidate packets arrive within 48–72 hours of job-description approval. Hard-to-source skills may take around 10–14 days.

A typical hiring and onboarding journey takes around five business days when suitable candidates are already available. Timing depends on the role and responsiveness.

The first two weeks allow replacement requests. After that, your account manager discusses support, coaching or replacement options with you.

Rates depend on skills, specialisation, experience, proficiency and weekly hours. Ask for a quote for your specific role.

There is a one-time $99 setup fee after the two-week probationary or nesting period, or when the client is satisfied with their chosen VA.

A one-week deposit is collected before work begins. It is applied to the final week when notice of cancellation is given.

Billing usually runs through weekly subscriptions, with charges based on agreed rates and hours. Alternative billing arrangements may be discussed with the team.

A surcharge applies to Latin America and Caribbean region requirements and to roles needing another language beyond English. Details are discussed during consultation.

Bulk-hiring and long-term contract discounts are not currently offered.

There is no long-term lock-in, with a seven-day cancellation notice. Your signed agreement sets the applicable terms.

Pauses require seven days’ notice and can run for up to two weeks. Discuss longer interruptions and retention options with your account manager.

Our service includes help sourcing replacement candidates. Contact your account manager about the current replacement process and timing.

20four7VA uses a proprietary time-tracking system, including logged hours and screenshots, with project and task-level tracking options.

20four7VA does not support direct hires or buyouts. VAs work through the full-service staffing arrangement.
